That’s right, we’re gearing up for another 2018 trip! We are excited to partner with Heartland Alliance Church as we take a team of high school students up to Behchoko, NWT! Our team this November consists of 12 people: 5 leaders and 7 students! God has already shown His INCREDIBLE hand of provision in this past month of preparation and we could not be more excited to see His plan for our team and the youth we meet!
This will be our third time up to Behchoko and our sixth trip to the NWT. This time we will be hosting a Cafe and going through the Youth Alpha series every evening. Cafe is such a cool time of community with the youth as we are able to build relationships while playing board games, video games, creating art, and most of all just connecting with each other! In the past we have seen this time play a huge role in allowing for conversation and friendships to be built in order to then share the love of God through our Youth Alpha portion of the evening!
As we prepare to leave this Friday, prayers for the hearts of the youth we meet to be open and ready to see what God has for them, team unity, road conditions, energy, and spiritual and physical protection would be greatly appreciated. We would also appreciate prayer for rest and spiritual wisdom as we prepare and while we are up North. We know that without God this trip would not be possible and we are trusting Him to get us there safely and protect us while we are there. GOD IS SO GOOD.
